Dispatch from the Gold Coast
We pack and dispatch Woodu orders from the Gold Coast, Australia, using Australia Post and Sendle.
Orders are dispatched the following business day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a public holiday.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Delivery estimates below begin after dispatch.

At an Australian order value of $70, free standard shipping is available. For New Zealand orders over $60, express tracked shipping is the currently configured option. Shipping options depend on your destination and order value; the available services and final charges are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance, public holidays, weather and carrier disruptions may cause delays.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation to check your parcel's progress with Australia Post, Sendle or the destination country's postal service.
International customs and duties
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility and may need to be paid before delivery. For information about charges in your country, contact your local customs office. Customs clearance can also add to the estimated delivery time.
Check your delivery address
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you enter an incorrect address, you are responsible for the cost of shipping to the correct address. If Woodu makes an addressing error, we will cover the cost of shipping to the correct address shown on your order.
If you use a parcel-forwarding service, contact that service directly to locate your shipment once it has been delivered to them.
Delivery delays or problems
If your parcel is delayed, check the tracking information and contact the carrier for an update. For a parcel lost or damaged in transit, contact the carrier to begin a claim and email us with your order number and tracking details.
If there is an issue with your order when it arrives, please email us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
